Vietnam Revisited - Part 2
In October 2010, the consulate general allowed certain visa cases to have expedited appointments at the request of the Consulate’s executive office, or at the request of local Vietnamese employees. As a result of the OIG report, this practice was stopped.
Vietnam Revisited - Part 1
(1) Traces of mutual suspicion still linger from the Vietnam War– which the Vietnamese call the "American War." However, trade between the US and Vietnam has increased 17-fold in the past decade.
U.S.C.I.S. Instructions for New I-601A Waiver Application to Be Processed in the U.S.
The new I-601A Waiver Application has been in the news a lot recently because it will give some people a chance to receive provisional waivers of the 3 or 10 year bar for being in the US illegally. If they receive a waiver, they can feel confident when they return to their home countries for the immigrant visa interview.

Looking for information on obtaining fiancee visa for girlfriend in Thailand and the approximate cost of doing so.

Hello, I live in the USA and my girl friend is a Vietnamese citizen who will be traveling to the USA soon and we hope to then marry. Is it possible for us to do that and she stay here while her Immigration status is adjusted ? If so she would then want to bring her (2) minor children here with her. Please let me know if this is possible and what your fees would be should we need them. Thank You, Jim Gallagher

Hi, I'm inquiring to see if you also support Thailand as you do for Vietnam? I've used your services before and was quite thankful 10 years ago. Now, I require the same services, but this time I've married a Thai Lady from Thailand. We are currently married now and I would like to start the process to bring her to the US.

I've also inquired about similar services in Thailand, however using your services before, I would feel more comfortable if I could use them again. Please advise if you provide these services for Thailand or if you have affiliates you can recommend.

Best Regards - Chad R. Sahlberg

Thanks
Mini
